These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of americantopteamwpb.com (the "Site"), operated by American Top Team West Palm Beach ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form or booking a class through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Site information

Class descriptions, schedules, instructor information and prices on the Site are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate, but schedules and instructors can change without notice. Please confirm details with the gym before relying on them.

2. Promotional offers

Introductory offers advertised on the Site (for example, a free first class or free months of training on sign-up) are for new students unless stated otherwise. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to the terms explained at the gym and set out in the membership agreement. We may change or end any offer at any time; an offer you have already accepted in a signed membership agreement will be honored under that agreement.

3. Booking a class

Submitting a form or booking a time through the Site reserves a spot for your first class; it does not create a membership. Please arrive a few minutes early and let us know by phone or through your booking confirmation if you need to reschedule.

4. Training risks, waiver and health

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other martial arts are physical contact activities that carry an inherent risk of injury. Before training, every participant must complete the gym's liability waiver and, to become a member, sign a membership agreement. Those documents govern your training and membership and take precedence over anything on this Site.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or martial arts program, and tell your coach about any injury or medical condition before class.

5. Minors

Children may train only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete the enrollment forms and waiver on the child's behalf. Anyone under 18 should use the Site only with a parent's or guardian's involvement.

6. Communications

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone and text message as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false information or information about another person without their permission;
• use bots, scrapers or automated means to submit forms or access the Site in bulk;
• interfere with the Site's security, spam protection or normal operation; or
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, photos, graphics and design belong to American Top Team West Palm Beach or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission. "American Top Team," "ATT" and the American Top Team logo are trademarks of their owner and are used by this academy as an American Top Team affiliate.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site uses and links to third-party services, including Calendly for booking, Google Maps for directions and social media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Top Team West Palm Beach and its owners, coaches and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section concerns use of the Site only; liability for training is addressed in the gym's waiver and membership agreement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Top Team West Palm Beach and its owners, coaches and staff from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
