This Privacy Policy explains how American Top Team West Palm Beach ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit americantopteamwpb.com (the "Site"), sign up for a class, book a session, or otherwise contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Sign-up and contact forms: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and the program you are interested in (Adult BJJ or a kids age group).
• Class bookings: the date and time you choose and any answers you give in our booking calendar.
• Communications: anything you send us by phone, text, email or social media.

Information collected automatically

• Marketing attribution: the first page you visited on the Site, the referring website, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers (such as Google gclid or Meta fbclid). These are stored in your browser for the current session and sent with your form so we know which advertising brought you to us.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, links clicked (for example "call" or "directions"), approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
• Security data: IP address and browser signals used to block spam and abuse.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health records, government ID numbers or payment card details through the Site. Membership payments are handled at the gym, not on this Site.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your request, schedule your first class and follow up about memberships.
• To send you reminders, updates and offers by email, phone and text (see section 4).
• To measure which advertising and pages bring people to the gym, and to improve the Site.
• To show relevant advertising, including to people who have visited the Site.
• To protect the Site, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising measurement tools, which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) conversion tracking. These providers may set cookies and collect usage data on our behalf and use it as described in their own privacy policies. You can:

• block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
• opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on;
• manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and in your Meta account settings, or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.

The Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because no common industry standard for them exists.

4. Text messages and calls

When you submit a form with your mobile number, you agree that American Top Team West Palm Beach may contact you at that number by call or text, including with automated technology, about your class booking, membership and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, including ActiveCampaign (contact management and email/text follow-up), Calendly (class booking), Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection through Turnstile) and Google (analytics, tag management and maps).
• Advertising partners such as Google and Meta, which receive usage and conversion data through the tools described in section 3.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our members, staff or others.
• Business transfers, if the gym is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

6. Data retention

We keep contact and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage your relationship with the gym, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to the systems that store your information is limited to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (section 11). We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time, as required by applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Information about a child enrolling in our kids programs should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed, and changes take effect when posted on this page.
